L'hotel té unes vistes increïbles i les habitacions estan molt bé pel preu, amb llits còmodes que permeten descansar perfectament. Cal tenir en compte que l'accés en cotxe és complicat, ja que està situat dalt d'un turó amb una pujada molt pronunciada.
Actualment estan fent reformes, per la qual cosa el soroll pot arribar a molestar una mica i el restaurant no estava operatiu durant la nostra estada. Malgrat aquest inconvenient temporal, l'experiència ha valgut moltíssim la pena.
El millor de tot és la visita guiada gratuïta pels ponts penjants que tenen dins de la mateixa propietat. El guia, en Jose, és excel·lent: superamable i ple d'explicacions interessants sobre l'entorn. Sembla mentida, però vam veure gairebé més animals a l'hotel que al parc de Manuel Antonio; en una sola volta vam veure tucans, granotes fletxa, peresosos i coatís. Son unos impresentables. Nos han cancelado la reserva que teníamos y ahora nos está costando mucho encontrar otro lugar para hospedarnos en Manuel Antonio, ya que las fechas son próximas y pilla un festivo de por medio en Costa Rica. En fin!

We enjoyed our two nights stay here. The view is fantastic. Room is very clean. Service is excellent. People here are so nice and helpful. Highly recommended to stay here. Hotel offers free breakfast, free happy hour snack and drink, free mountain top guided tour. You don’t want to miss all of it. Dinner is very good, we had catch of the day fish, very fresh and tasty. Superbe vue sur la baie et sur la forêt, jardin luxuriant peuplé de nombreux animaux et avec des circuits thématiques. Mais accueil minimaliste, services inexistants, sécurité limite, chambre 209 impropre à la location... Dommage !!!

There are some reasons this place deserves 5 stars, and some that it deserves lower, so I’ll share both. Pros-we stayed in the superior double room and had a spacious balcony with magnificent views of both the ocean and mountains. That made the quality of the room and grounds more worth it to us. There are lots of places around the hotel to sit and take in the gorgeous views. We saw wildlife including macaws, toucans, a monkey, and on our guided tour, a sloth mom and baby. We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings and had lovely views for that as well. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel, which we didn’t eat at but saw other folks having dinner there. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to be staying so high up on a mountain but still be conveniently close to all the popular spots in MA including the national park and the beach. Cons-there is lots of construction going on at and around the hotel which you can see (and occasionally hear) from the room. There was loud construction going on when we arrived which was a bummer. Thankfully, they stopped before sunset and didn’t start again until after sunrise. The top floor of the hotel, which felt like it must be a common area, had beautiful views but was in disrepair. The room felt a bit rundown and the decor and branding for the place felt odd and sort of tacky.
Note-the drive up is quite curvy and Google Maps and Waze both didn’t quite take us to the right spot so we had to turn around. It’s also important to note that upon booking we felt we were getting a good value, which may be because of the current state of the hotel. I was expecting a bit nicer based on reviews, but I also should’ve been smarter about the “get what you pay for” mindset.

Incomparable views! This is the start of my trip and I think the rest of the hotels will be a let down after this. Clean, comfy rooms and lovely staff. The guided walk is a nice inclusion, although unfortunately we didnt see anything. It's a shame the restaurant isn't open during the afternoon for cold drinks/snacks. The evening menu is limited and the food was quite basic, so better to walk to nearby restaurants. Offering plastic straws to stir tea and coffee instead of teaspoons is an odd choice and not eco friendly. I just used the end of my knife instead!

I loved it! At the top of the park, with its own hikes, animals, hanging bridges etc. A free guided tour is included and its wonderful! Jose was amazing, patient and knowledgeable.
I enjoyed a great massage at the spa.
My only reason for 4 stars is:
1. Cleaning of rooms: not great Ns every day something was forgotten. Towels. Sheets and floor was always sandy
2. Breakfast is nice if you are not vegetarian or vegan. There are fruits and yes, there's fruitloops, but...we had bkfst once and then went to cafe every other day. Shame, because the view is stunning!
